Scheduling
Booking requests are confirmed personally by our office. The date and time you pick when booking is a requested arrival window — your appointment isn't final until the office confirms it with you.
Rescheduling & cancellation
To reschedule or cancel, contact Luisa's Cleaning Service at (301) 275-8225. Recurring cleanings can be paused or canceled at any time. Please give as much notice as you can.
Estimates & pricing
The instant estimate on the booking form is exactly that — an estimate. The office confirms the final price with you before work begins.
Payment
Nothing is due when you book. Payment is collected after the service — Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we only send booking-related texts — confirmations, reminders, and invoices. Reply STOP anytime to opt out. Message/data rates may apply.
