Terms of service

Agreement

These terms apply when you use miasbooking.com or a booking form powered by Mias Booking. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using Mias Booking on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

The service

Mias Booking is software for cleaning businesses: online booking forms with instant estimates, scheduling, crew management, and invoicing. The cleaning services themselves are provided by the independent businesses using the platform — not by Mias Booking. Each business is responsible for its own services, pricing, and customer relationships.

Bookings & estimates

A booking made through a booking form is a request until the business confirms it. The instant estimate on a booking form is an estimate — the business confirms the final price before work begins. Each business may publish its own booking terms on its booking page; those apply to your booking alongside these terms.

Payment

Mias Booking does not process card payments. Payment for cleaning services is arranged directly between you and the business, on the terms the business sets.

Accounts

Keep your account credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, misrepresent who you are, interfere with the service or other users, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

Business data

A business using Mias Booking owns its customer and booking data. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy at miasbooking.com/privacy.

Text messages

Luisa's Cleaning Service and Edu's Cleaning Service each use Mias Booking to send booking-related text messages only to people who expressly opt in through that business's public booking form. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, scheduling and service-status updates, invoices, review requests, and one follow-up to an unfinished booking. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for the cleaning services provided by the businesses using the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mias Booking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
