Who is Miasbooking for?
Owner-led residential cleaning companies that want estimates, booking requests, a live office calendar, crew and customer web flows, lead recovery, and payment follow-through in one focused system.
Can you migrate BookingKoala records?
Yes. The owner-only CSV workflow supports adjustable mapping, a dry run, row-level exceptions, idempotent reruns, reconciliation, and guarded rollback. It creates individual visits and leads; future recurring series are started intentionally after review.
Does a requested time guarantee a cleaner?
No. The form offers times within configured operating rules and capacity, but the office confirms the requested arrival window and assigns the crew.
Are payments and text messages included?
Pay-after-service works without a card connection. Stripe payments and SMS are gated capabilities whose onboarding, provider fees, and final private-beta terms are confirmed before a business relies on them.
What support is available?
Private-beta support is email-based through support@miasbooking.com. Miasbooking does not currently promise 24/7 support or a public service-level agreement.
Can I export or delete my data?
Bookings and leads can be exported as CSV. The verified workspace owner can request an account-wide export or deletion through support; the final retention timeline will be published with the approved legal policies.
