Get from setup to a real booking.
Short, product-accurate guidance for the workflows a cleaning-business owner needs first. No hidden feature promises and no developer required for routine setup.
Set up a workspace
The owner dashboard turns setup into seven reviewable steps. Confirm the business profile, services and prices, availability, first cleaner, booking-form publishing choice, payment choice, and one test booking.
- Starter services are examples—review every price, duration, frequency discount, extra, and tax setting before publishing.
- Set the workspace timezone and the default English or Spanish public-booking language before taking the first live booking.
- Use the test booking to check the estimate, requested arrival window, confirmation, calendar, assignment, and customer view.
Migrate BookingKoala or CSV records
Use the owner-only migration workspace. Upload a representative CSV, map columns, and review the dry run before committing any record.
- Resolve unknown service and frequency names against the Miasbooking catalog.
- Download the exception and reconciliation ledgers; keep the source system available until counts match.
- Migration creates individual visits and leads. Start future recurring series intentionally after reconciliation.
- Imports suppress customer notifications. A guarded rollback stops if an imported record has since changed.
Publish the booking form
Every workspace gets a hosted booking page. Owners can also embed the form on an allowed website domain.
- Complete services, prices, service area, availability, business contact details, and booking terms first.
- Test the hosted page on a phone and desktop before adding the embed to a production website.
- Requested arrival times remain requests until the office confirms them; the form enforces configured daily and time-window capacity.
Availability and recurring work
Operating days, windows, blackouts, and capacity determine which requested times the public form offers.
- Set max jobs and, when useful, a maximum per arrival window.
- Recurring visits respect the same capacity rules as public bookings.
- Use the recurring preview before saving; review schedule exceptions instead of assuming every future occurrence fits.
Cleaners and office access
Owners can create cleaners, issue one-time crew credentials, and invite an office manager without sharing the owner password.
- Crew accounts see the work assigned to them, including the responsive English/Spanish crew flow.
- Office managers can operate bookings and cleaners but cannot change owner-only account, billing, import, or integration controls.
- Disable access immediately when a team member leaves; existing sessions are rechecked.
Payments
A workspace may use pay-after-service while Stripe onboarding is incomplete. Card collection is available only after the workspace’s Stripe connection and payment policy are ready.
- Never enter card numbers into notes, messages, imports, or support email.
- Confirm tax, tips, invoice lines, refund responsibility, and payout access before taking a controlled live payment.
- Public subscription pricing and SMS costs remain unpublished until the owner approves the final offer.
Export, deletion, and ownership
Workspace data belongs to the customer business. Booking and lead lists can be exported as CSV today.
- For an account-wide export or deletion request, email support from the workspace owner address.
- Support verifies authority and preserves an audit trail. Approved retention and deletion timing will be published with the final legal policies.
- Do not delete source records or close the old system until migration reconciliation and an operational handoff are complete.
Incident and support help
Check the public status page first. For account help, email support@miasbooking.com from the address tied to the workspace.
- Include the workspace name, affected screen, approximate time, and a safe description—never passwords, card data, or customer exports.
- Private-beta support is email-based. Miasbooking does not currently promise 24/7 response or a public service-level agreement.
- The final response target and founding-customer migration offer require owner approval before they become a public promise.
Send one safe, specific description.
Email support@miasbooking.com. Do not send passwords, full customer files, government IDs, health information, or card data.
